  • Can I change the size of a product? Can I add a product to my order?

    No, once you have confirmed your order, we can't change it anymore. However, it is still possible to cancel the order, if the order is not packed and you will get a voucher of the amount of the order, in order to make your order again.

  • How do I return or exchange an order?

    If you are dissatisfied by the product that you have ordered, you have 14 days from the delivery date to ask for a exchange or a refund.

    How to make a return :

    1. Check if you are still whithin the 14 days limit.

    2. Check that the product you return is :

      New.

      Not worn and not used.

      In its original packing (delivery box, shoe box, shoes protection papers, etc...)

      And the original clothing tag is still on.

    If you do not meet those requirements :

    Do not send the product back to us, it will be refused and sent back at the cost of the sender (10€).

    If you do meet those requirements:

    1. Explain us on a parper sheet or on your invoice ( downloadable on your customer account) if you want an exchange or a reimbursement, then send your package by any postal or delivery company. The return of the parcel is on your charge (between 7€ and 10€).

    The exchange will be credited by a voucher of the amount of the product that you sent us back. This voucher is available for 1 year and you will be able to re-order the product that you want. The voucher will be sent to you by mail and will also be available in your customer account. You have to copy and paste it in the “Voucher” tag in the first step of your order.

    The reimbursement will be done whithin 14 days from reception of the package by our services and will be refunded on your credit card or your Paypal account. Shipping costs that you paid to send us the product are included in the reimbursement.

    1. You can return your products to the following adress, using Colissimo or any other delivery company ( make sure to keep the tracking number because you are responsible for the package until the delivery) :

  • Have you received the order that I returned? When will it be processed?

    Returns are received by our warehouse and our logistic team notify the reception once the package is inspected. In order to know if your package has been received, please check the tracking of the package.

    Returns are inspected on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the afternoon. During peak periods (sales, winter hollidays, school start, beginning of the season, …), we prior the shipping of orders and it might be that the returns are onlye inspected twice a week (Wednesday and Friday).

    Reimbursements are made within 14 days from the day we receive the returned package.

  • I'd like to cancel my order before it gets shipped.

    If you do not want to keep the order that you made, please contact our customer service, in order to intercepted your package our shipping service. If your order can't be intercepted by our services, it will be sent to registered adress, you will have to send it back by following our return procedure.

    When the package hasn't been sent yet, we will be able to cancel your order. In that case, tell us if you rather like a voucher in order to make a new order quickly or a refound that will take place within 15 days.

    The procedure is the same if when you only want to keep a part of your order. We cannot change your order as soon as it is transferred to our warehouse and the order status is under preparation.
