*Subject to eligibility and depending on your original shipping address, we offer a free return service via Chronopost Shop2Shop, DHL, or Mondial Relay through our simplified return process. If you prefer not to use this service, you are welcome to return your unwanted items via any other carrier of your choice at your own expense.
Upon receipt of your parcel by our services, you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days by a credit note, or by the same means you used for payment (credit card, gift card, Paypal, etc.), depending on your choice. The refund includes the shipping costs paid to have your order shipped to you.
Items you wish to return must be in new, unused and unworn condition, in their original packaging with labels attached. Underwear and socks (considered as undergarments) cannot be refunded after fitting.
To return an item from mainland France using Chronopost:
- Go to your customer account, click on the "My Orders" tab, then view the details of the relevant order to indicate which products you wish to return, and choose your refund method (store credit or refund to your original payment method)
- Then, on the "My Product Returns" page, print out the return slip and include it in your package.
- Then click "Print Label" to download and print the Chronopost return label to attach to your box.
- Drop off your package at the Chronopost pickup location of your choice.
To return an item from Germany using DHL:
- Go to your customer account, click on the "My Orders" tab, then view the details of the relevant order to indicate which products you wish to return, and choose your refund method(store credit or refund to your original payment method)
- Then, on the "My Product Returns" page, print out the return slip and include it in your package.
- Then click "Print Label" to download and print the DHL return label to attach to your box.
- Drop off your package at the DHL pickup location of your choice.
To return an item from Belgium, Spain, or Luxembourg using Mondial Relay:
- Go to your customer account, click on the "My Orders" tab, then view the details of the relevant order to indicate which products you wish to return, and choose your refund method(store credit or refund to your original payment method)
- Then, on the "My Product Returns" page, print out the return slip and include it in your package.
- Then click "Print Label" to be redirected to the Mondial Relay website, where, after verifying your information, you can print your Mondial Relay return label to attach to your box.
- Drop off your package at the Mondial Relay pickup location of your choice.
To send us your return via another carrier :
- Go to your customer account, then to the details of the relevant order to select the items you wish to return, and then print the return slip to include in your package.
- You may return one or more items from your order to the following address using the carrier of your choice:

Be sure to choose a carrier that requires a signature upon delivery and to keep track of your package, as you are responsible for it until it is returned to our warehouse. Any package shipped to a different address will be refused.
It is currently impossible to exchange items, but you can return them to us. To obtain another color or size, you will need to place a new order on the website.

- How do I use a voucher?
To redeem a voucher, simply copy and paste it into the appropriate box in the shopping basket.
For this to work, however, you need to be logged in to your customer account.
The code generated following a return is composed as follows:

The voucher can be found in My account > My vouchers
Finally, vouchers are valid for one year, after which they cannot be reactivated or refunded.

- Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, there are two options for paying in instalments:
- Alma, payment in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. Charges are then added to the order amount. The smaller the number of monthly payments, the lower the charges.
- PayPal 4X free of charge, which allows you to spread your payment over 4 instalments at no extra cost.
At the time of payment, PayPal and Alma check your eligibility to pay in instalments. It is possible that this option will be denied without our intervention.
Credit is a binding commitment that must be repaid, so check your ability to repay.

By Paypal: No need to enter your credit card numbers. Simply connect to PayPal to finalize your payment on the PayPal interface. You'll then be able to pay for your order in full, or pay in 4 instalments at no extra cost, subject to PayPal eligibility. 
By Alma in 2x, 3x or 4x: By selecting Alma at checkout, you can choose to pay for your order in 2, 3 or 4 instalments by credit card. - Have you received my return? When will it be processed?
Returns are received in our warehouse, and our logistics team only informs us that a parcel has been received once it has been inspected. To find out whether your return has been received, please check your package tracking.
Returns are inspected and processed at the end of the day on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. During busy periods (back-to-school, holiday season, sales, etc.), we give priority to shipments, and returns may only be processed twice a week (usually Wednesday and Friday).
Refunds or credit notes (depending on your choice) are issued within 14 days of receipt of a return.

- How can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?
If you do not wish to keep the order you have just placed, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, who will attempt to intercept your parcel at our logistics warehouse.
If the parcel has already been dispatched by our platform, it will be sent to the address indicated in your order, and it will be up to you to return the product by following the returns procedure.
On the other hand, if the package has not yet been dispatched, we may cancel your order.
In the latter case, you will be reimbursed within 14 days by the same means you used for payment.The procedure is exactly the same if you wish to keep only part of your order. We can no longer modify your order once it has been transmitted to our warehouse and its status has changed to "preparation in progress".

- I don't see a refund on my bank statement after cancelling my order.
If your order cancellation and refund request was validated by our (super-efficient!) customer service department less than 24 hours after your order was placed, you won't see a refund appear on your bank account because you haven't even had time to be debited!
If you cancel your order and request a refund more than 24 hours after placing your order, you will be refunded within 14 days by the same means you used for payment.

- How do I try on shoes at basket4ballers?
What are the guidelines for trying on your shoes?
Once we receive your basket4ballers order, you should try the shoes on at home—quickly and in a clean environment, just asyou would in a store. The goal is simply to check the size, comfort, and fit.
To do this:- Try on the shoes indoors only, on a sol
- keep them for a few minutes
- Avoid any athletic activity (no practice, no games)
If they don't fit, feel free to return them so we can order a different size or style.
Why this rule?
If you don't keep the shoes you received and tried on, they will be put back on sale once you return them.
We must therefore guarantee the next customer:
- a pair of shoes that are brand-new and in perfect condition
- and never worn in real-world conditions
And most importantly:
You can’t see the sweat… but it’s definitely there. A shoe worn during a workout—even “just once”—is no longer new.Why is this important?
Following these rules means:
- ensure that everyone receives a brand-new pair
- respect other players
- keep the experience clean for the entire community
Unfortunately, if shoes are returned to us in a condition that prevents us from reselling them, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund, and you may be charged for return shipping.
