  • Can I change the size of a product? Can I add a product to my order?

    No, once you your order is confirmed, we can't change it anymore. However,  if the order is not packed it is still possible to cancel it and to get you a refund proceeding within the 14 following days.

  • How do I return or exchange an order?

    We guarantee the total refund of any product purchased on our website if you are not totally satisfied. To do so, you will need to register your returning product in your customer account https://www.basket4ballers.com/en/mon-compte within the 15 days following its reception.

    A Mondial Relay return notice can be downloaded through your customer account*.

    Whatever is your initial delivery plan, you can retrun your products in one of our 2 stores. See schedules

    Warning : All products purchased in store can only be returned in store.

    *Free returns via Mondial Relay for Rookie, All-Star and MVP customers in the b4b squad program : check the conditions. Return delays extended to 30 days for All-Star and MVP Customers.

    If eligible, you can return for free the products by Mondial Relay via an eased returns procedure. If you do not want to use this option, you are free to send us your undesired goods by any shipping company you choose at your own expense.

    At the reception by our services, you will be refunded within 14 days by the same payment option you opted for at your order checkout (Credit card, gift card, PayPal) or a credit note, depending on your choice. The total refund includes the refund of the shipping costs of your initial order.

    The products you are returning must be new, not used, not worn, in their original package and with the price and brand tags still attached. Also, underwears and socks (considered as underwear equipment) cannot be refunded after being tried on or worn.

     

    How to proceed a product return:

    Open your customer account to get your order details and select the products you want to return. You will then be able to print out the packing slip and to put it inside the package.

     

    Returning products via the Mondial Relay’s eased returns procedure:

    Only available from Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain

    Go to the “My Returns” tab, click on “print my packing slip” to get redirected on Mondial Relay’s website where you will need to check your contact information before printing out the packing slip and stick it to the sending package.

    You will then only have to deposit the package at the Mondial Relay pick-up point of your choice.

    Returning products via Chronopost Shop2Shop' eased returns procedure:

    Only available from Metropolitan France

    Go to the “My Returns” tab, click on “print my packing slip” to download and print your Chronopost Shop2Shop packing slip and stick it to the sending package.

    You will then only have to deposit the package at the Shop2Shop pick-up point of your choice.

    Be careful to opt for a countersign shipping option and to keep your tracking information close because you remain responsible for the package until it is back in our facilities. Any package delivered to a wrong address will be refused.

    Exchanges of products are currently not available, to get a different size or color you will need to return the original product and to place a new order on our website.

  • Payment methods

    SECURED PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER:

    We offer three solutions of secured payments:

    - Credit Card payment (3D Secure) : Your credit or debit card payment is made through the secured interface of our payment partner PayPlug. The confidential information of your credit card will be crypted so it can be intercepted, and only PayPlug will have access to it to process your payment.

    - Paypal payment : No need to fill your credit card information in, as you will be redirected to your PayPal account at the end of the order process. You will then be able to pay for the totality of your purchase, or to select a 4 installments payment without any fees, if eligible by PayPal.

    - Alma, payment in several installments : When selecting Alma before completing your order, you will be able to pay for your purchases in 2, 3 or 4 installments with your credit card. The eventual fees, dependent of the number of installments chosen, will be updated before you validate your order.

  • Have you received my returning order ? When will it be processed?

    Returns are received by our facilities and our logistic services notify the reception once the package is inspected. To get informations about the reception of your package, please refer to the parcel tracking service of your shipping option.

    Returns are inspected on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the afternoon. During peak periods (sales, winter hollidays, back to school, beginning of the season, …), we prior the shipping of orders, consequently the returns inspections can be delayed and happen only twice a week (Wednesday and Friday).

    Refunds or credit notes (according to your choice) are proceeded within 14 days from the day we receive the returned package.

  • I would like to cancel my order before it gets shipped.

    If you do not want to keep the order that you made, please contact our customer service in order to remove your package from our shipping service. If your order can't be intercepted by our services, it will be sent to the registered adress, you will then have to send it back by following our return procedure.

    When the package hasn't been sent already, we will be able to cancel your order. In that case you will get a refund proceeding within 14 days.

    The procedure stays the same if you want to maintain only a part of your order. We cannot change it when the package is moved from our facilities and that the order status is "under preparation".

  • I don't see any reimbursement on my bank statement after cancelling my order

    If your order cancellation and refund request has been approved by our (super efficient!) customer service less than 24 hours after your order was placed, you will not see any refund on your bank statement, as your account will not have been debited yet.

    If your order cancellation and refund request has been proceeded more than 24 hours after your order was placed, you will get a refund proceeding within 14 days.
