- How is my status calculated?
Your Rookie, All-Star or MVP status is calculated according to your basket4ballers purchase history over the last 12 months. The rank is updated daily. As soon as a purchase is more than 12 months old, it is no longer taken into account in the calculation of your status.
When your status changes, we'll send you an email notification to let you know about any new benefits you may be entitled to.
- Do my shop purchases count towards my status?
Yes, every purchase you make in our physical stores also allows you to progress within b4b Squad and unlock new benefits. All you have to do is enter the e-mail address linked to your account when you check out, so that your purchases can be linked to your customer area.
- Why am I not eligible for free delivery despite my status?
As indicated, delivery may not be offered in certain countries and geographical areas, or for certain carriers, due to high delivery costs, which we cannot afford to offer you.
