- How is my status determined ?
Your rookie, all-star, or MVP status is calculated based on your purchase history over the past 12 months. The ranking is updated daily. Once a purchase is more than 12 months old, it no longer counts towards the calculation of your status. When your status changes, we will send you an email notification to inform you of new benefits you are eligible for.
- Are the on-store purchases taken into account for my status calculation?
Yes, all purchases made at our physical stores also contribute to your progress within the b4b Squad and allow you to unlock new benefits. Just provide the email address associated with your account during the checkout process, so that your purchases can be linked to your customer account.
- Why don't I qualify for free shipping ?
As indicated, free shipping may not be enabled for specific countries, areas or carriers, because of high shipping costs that unfortunately can not afford to offer.
