What is the legal guarantee of conformity and how long is it valid for?
When you buy a product, it must comply with its intended use and the seller's description.
In order to guarantee this conformity, the professional seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the private consumer.
This warranty applies to defects in conformity already present on the date of delivery.
Normal and gradual wear and tear on basketball shoes, clothing, or accessories is not covered by the legal warranty of conformity. These items may be subject to heavy use, and there is no guarantee that they will last for two years.
