Verdict

The Jordan Triangle’s strongest point lies in its construction: encapsulated high-rebound cushioning for stability, a versatile mid-top design, well-thought-out reinforcement and support features, and high-quality craftsmanship. However, what could have been a “Kyrie-esque” shoe won’t be for everyone due to its relatively high- sol -level fit and narrow heel.

Key Points

  • Very aggressive traction: The outsole grips the hardwood floor immediately and produces a very distinct squeak. As is often the case with this type of rubber, it tends to attract a small amount of dust. Its extremely strong grip can also cause more pronounced loss of traction on dirty surfaces when applying heavy pressure.
  • Protective platform: The cushioning remains relatively firm despite the foam compressing significantly. The rigid Strobel construction filters out sensations underfoot, and the sturdy design prioritizes stability and impact protection.
  • Roomy fit: Expect a significant break-in period. The shoe offers plenty of room around the heel. Players with narrow feet may experience slight heel slippage, while those with wider feet or players wearing ankle braces should find this design more comfortable.

Target Profile

Recommended for players looking for:

  • impact protection
  • aggressive driving
  • robustness
  • dominant forefoot
  • standard to wide feet
  • Use with an ankle brace

The Jordan Triangle is designed to boost your vertical leap. Cushlon 3.0 foam, ZoomX technology, and Air Zoom cushioning help you reach even greater heights. When the game heats up, the durable carbon-fiber mesh upper is sturdy enough to take on anyone, anywhere, no matter where you are on the court.

Responsive Air Zoom cushioning, for exceptional bounce.
The upper features a lightweight polyester mesh design for better airflow.
HART (High Abrasion Rubber Tech) outsole uses less rubber than our other XDR technologies, without sacrificing wear and abrasion resistance. This allows for the use of less material. The result? A lighter, more flexible outsole.
