*Rules of the Joker basketball4ballers contest

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by the basket4ballers SAS company, located at 2 rue Salzmann, 67000 Strasbourg, FRANCE.

2. Prizes

The following prizes are up for grabs in this contest:

  • 5 pairs of All-Pro Nitro Joker b4b x Puma shoes (valued at €140), subject to availability of sizes at the time of prize collection
  • 5 Joker b4b x Puma t-shirts (valued at €45), subject to availability of sizes at the time of prize collection

Potential shipping fees may be charged to the customer, depending on the delivery geographical area and the choice of carrier and delivery options. The prize cannot be given in the form of cash. In case the aforementioned prizes are unavailable, the organizer reserves the right to offer another prize of equivalent value, but no compensation can be requested instead of the prize offered by the Organizer.

3. Participation Conditions

Participation in this contest is reserved for individuals meeting the following conditions:

  • being at least 16 years old at the time of participating in the Joker game, in accordance with the general terms of use of the www.basket4ballers.com website
  • living and having a delivery address within the European Union, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, or the Vatican.

This game is free to enter with no purchase necessary. However, in case of winning, it is necessary to have or create a basket4ballers account in order to claim the prize.

4. Game Operation

The Joker game is only open on March 15, 2024, from 00:00 to 23:59 (Paris time).

Only one entry per household is allowed.

Participation proceeds as follows:

  • the participant visits the Joker game page and selects one of the three cards by clicking on it.
  • the chosen card then reveals whether the participant has won a prize or not.
  • in case of winning, a promotional code will be provided on the page.
  • the customer can then click on the link of the won item, select a size, add to cart, enter the previously provided promo code, and complete their free order (excluding any shipping fees).

10 prizes will be awarded throughout the day, and the probability of winning one of these prizes is confidential. It's possible that at the time a participant plays, no more prizes are available, resulting in a zero chance of winning.

Promo codes allowing to order a free article will be available for one week, until March 22nd 2024. After this date, if the promo code has not been used, the participant won't be able to ask for any compensation.

5. Personal Data

Personal data concerning participants may be collected as part of the contest to establish the participant's identity, verify that participation conditions are met, and also, in case of winning, to enable the winner to claim their prize.
