HR Assistant - Strasbourg (M/F)

We're looking for an HR Assistant to strengthen our team at headquarters in Strasbourg and work with us to structure the next stage of our adventure. We already have 30 employees working in several entities, with a dozen or so new hires in the pipeline... and a number of concrete HR issues to tackle in a multi-company, multi-conventional environment.
🎯 Your role
Working in tandem with the HR/Finance department, you will be the day-to-day HR link: organized, reliable and autonomous, you will provide operational support to the teams, while actively participating in the structuring of HR processes.
You will work in a small group structured around several companies, subject to employment law and two collective agreements:
Sporting goods and leisure equipment
Convention collective nationale de la vente à distance
💼 Your missions
🗂 Personnel administration
Drafting and follow-up of contracts, DPAE, trial periods, exit documents
Monitoring of working hours, absences and leave via our Eurecia HRIS
Management of luncheon vouchers, health insurance, provident fund, medical check-ups
Update employee files in compliance with legal and collective bargaining obligations
💸 Payroll management
Monthly collection and entry of payroll variables
First-level control of bulletins
Tracking account balances
🧾 Payroll is outsourced to a specialized firm
👥 Recruitment & Integration
Publication of job offers, application management
Organization of interviews (face-to-face or videoconference)
Preparation of onboarding programs
Monitoring work-study students: integration, support, links with schools
📚 Training & skills development
Gathering needs, drawing up and monitoring the skills development plan
Logistical organization and administrative follow-up of training courses
Follow-up of OPCO files and liaison with training organizations
📣 HR support & internal communication
Answers to common questions from employees (vacations, payroll, certificates, etc.)
Participation in annual and professional appraisal campaigns
Support for HR communications (posters, practical information, internal events)
📌 Application of internal rules & regulatory framework
relay the company's operating rules to teams
Participate in the distribution, follow-up and proper application of internal memos, procedures and instructions
Ensure that HR practices are consistent with legal and internal frameworks
👤 Your profile
Bac+2/3 in human resources or labor law
Experience required: at least one successful experience in an HR position (excluding work-study)
Comfortable with office automation tools and HRIS (Eurecia is a plus)
Autonomous, rigorous, discreet
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, sense of service

Contract: CDI - Full or part-time depending on profile
