Inspired by her alma mater’s track heritage, we brought our Nike Flyplate from running shoes to the hardwood. “It helps you stay on your toes and pivot quickly,” Sabrina said. We created the TPU plate specifically for basketball, placing it under the forefoot Air Zoom unit for a springier feel. It also extends through the arch and up the sidewall for extra stability and support.
Full-length Cushlon 3.0 foam provides optimal cushioning and responsiveness for those who love running from rim to rim. A snappy Air Zoom unit in the forefoot delivers that extra oomph when it’s time to hustle.
The internal midfoot band and cables create a glove-like fit, adding the support and stability you need to change direction and create separation. “I love the locked-in feel; you feel very secure while also having a lot of comfort and stability,” says Sabrina.
