- How to use a voucher ?
In order to use a voucher, you need to be connected to your customer account and to copy and paste it into the voucher box in your shopping cart.
The voucher genrated from a returned product is composed as below :

The voucher is in My account > My vouchers.
The voucher has a 1 year validity, once the period of one year has passed we can not reactivate it or refund the value of the voucher.
